At Trendy US Swim, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your bikini, one-piece, or swimwear accessory, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

We stand behind our trendy swimwear collections and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right!

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuits that have been tried on without protective underwear)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return package to our Las Vegas facility using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
