Do you offer swimwear for plus-size customers?
Absolutely! We’re proud to offer a dedicated plus-size swimwear collection designed to flatter all body types. Our plus-size range includes both bikinis and one-piece options in stylish, supportive designs.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend comparing your measurements to our charts rather than relying on standard sizing, as fit may vary between styles. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for swimwear.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Faster delivery via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  2. Free Standard Shipping: Budget-friendly option via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping) for orders over $50
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships from our Las Vegas warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia (due to customs restrictions). During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy for details on how to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original purchase (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you want.

Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Currently, we don’t offer gift cards or gift wrapping services. However, our swimwear makes a fantastic gift! All orders are packaged discreetly in our branded packaging.
